When you buy a plan online you receive:

• Complete plan inclusive of Floorplan(s), elevations, section(s), relevant governing body registration papers, excluding a site plan.
• Siteplan can be supplied at an aditional cost of R300-00 if the client forwards erf Surveyor General diagram, zoning certificate and sewer diagram.
• Printed plans consist of 1 x colour and 3 x black and white copies.
• Plans can be delivered via post at R80-00 postage fee or free in PDF format delivered via email.
• Any changes made to the floor plan and elevations to suit the clients specific need, will be charged at an hourly rate of R150-00 with a minimum charge of R300-00.
